Repurposed clothes for people and by people.
Notion UX Research
Overview
For einmehr, I ran 6 of the 12 user interviews and owned the prototype end to end, including the motion design. I also owned the usability testing tasks and result interpretation. I also ran usability testing tasks and interpreted the results, the decision to drop the login-to-unlock gate came out of that.
Problem statement
The intent is there people hold onto clothes they mean to donate, resell, or pass on. The system isn't. Reuse is scattered across a dozen apps, drop-offs, and marketplaces, while the trash is one step away. So 82% of textiles end up in landfill, not by choice but by friction.
